Hi, I’m Shalynn

I'm a Clinical Social Worker. More specifically, I am someone who understands and empathizes whole heartedly with your grief.

Do you feel overwhelmed? Exhausted? I can help you recharge and find a calmer balance; whether you've lost it, or feel like you've never had it. Major life changes, grief, loss, and life's stress can be difficult to navigate. We all deserve a little help sometimes, and that is what led you here. If you identify with any or every one of these things reach out. The space held here is safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential.

All are welcome.

I help adults cope after experiencing traumatic events and recover from feelings of dread, worry, loss, and fear. I am a calm cultivator, belonging booster, grief healer, and partner in your mental health journey. I specialize in grief work, but I am not here to fix you, as you are not broken. I am here to help you process and learn new coping skills. I invite tears, anger, heartache, and any emotions you have. Together we will work to ease the heartache and understand the grieving process. The reality of loving deeply means also experiencing deep pain with loss.

You are not alone.

Floyd

Therapy Dog Extraordinaire

Hello there! My name is Floyd, and I'm not your average therapy dog – I'm a furry friend on a mission to spread love, joy, and tail wags wherever I go.

With my floppy ears, soulful eyes, and wagging tail, I've been bringing smiles to faces and comfort to hearts for as long as I can remember. Born with an innate love for humans and a heart as big as my pawprints, I knew from an early age that my purpose in life was to be a source of comfort and support to those in need.

So if you're ever feeling down, stressed, or just in need of a furry friend to brighten your day, look no further than Floyd. I'm here to be your loyal companion through thick and thin.

Let's make some memories together – one tennis ball toss and belly rub at a time!
